You might want to try all 3 to see if that solves your intermittent issues. Also you might possibly be encountering problems if you're attempting to login to webmail at the same time your syncing IMAP mail with Outlook. I see several instances in the mail logs where it does seem one of your email accounts is logged both into webmail and Outlook at the same time. So I would try to not login to webmail for awhile, and see if the errors persist. Finally, are these the exact word for word errors that you're receiving? There might be a bit more information in the error as to exactly what protocol call is being violated. If your problems persist, you could attempt to enable Outlook transport logging which should allow you to see exactly what is going on between your mail client and the IMAP server.
