How to Check for Dedicated IP

Hello I have a service with u guys sorenfilms.com , I need a fix IP address at this point im not sure if I d ave that or how do i go about getting it , trough you if that is posible - thank you

Hello, Thanks for the question about how to check for a dedicated IP. I reviewed your account and you are hosting a shared server account. You can find your shared server IP by reading through this article. This means that you are able to obtain a single dedicated IP address. Currently, you would be using the same IP as other accounts on the shared server. For more information on obtaining a dedicated IP address for use with your account, please read Purchasing a Dedicated IP through the Account Management Panel (AMP). The cost is $24.00 per year.
