Why can't I send one specific person emails?

Hello,

All my emails seem to be getting to their destination, except for one email address. My colleague has checked her spam filter (email not there), and her ISP says the problem is on my side. This problem seems to have started on March 20th. Before that date, she did receive my emails. I have not made any changes to my email settings.

I've sent her test emails from Mac Mail, and directly from the webmail application. She has not received them.

Any thoughts?
Thanks,

Hi LouiseC,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm sorry you're having trouble sending emails. I'm more than happy to assist you. Are you getting a bounceback message?

Typically, if they're email server is rejecting your emails, it will send you a bounceback notice. If it has you can send it to [email protected] and we'd be happy to look over it. Also, be sure to let me know by posting a comment here that you have forwarded it.

If you're not getting a bounceback message, then we'll need additional information such as the email address you're sending to, the email address you are sending from, and the times/ dates when you sent the emails.

If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!
