Two sites on same account cannot send or receive emails

I have two sites under one account. They each have different domains and their emails are hosted in the account. Business A cannot send emails to Business B and vice versa. When they send each other emails, they do not get an "unable to send" response. Nothing happens. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hi NJMJdesign, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. I've looked over your account and noticed your primary domain is not pointed to your hosting account with InMotion Hosting. Where you meaning to do this? If not, you'll need to change the nameservers for that domain. Please keep in mind, any changes to DNS can take up to 24 hours to take effect. Your site, is currently being served from another server that is not ours. If you log into the previous hosts email, do you see the emails you send from the add-on domain? Here's an article about updating nameservers. I've checked to be sure the temp URL displays the website, so it appears you have migrated the sites files over already.
