"login Invalid"

I am working with a client to fix their website that is hosted here. Every time I try to log in it says "login invalid" and it seems like this is a very common issue that a lot of people on this site have dealt with which is INCREDIBLY frustrating. I cleared my cache and cookies and it still has not solved the issue. It occasionally goes from "login invalid" to "site cannot be reached" and then i cannot access anything for a few minutes. ANY help?

Hello, are you trying to log into the website specifically or the Web Hosting Account's AMP? If it is the website itself, it may be best to reach out to our Technical Support team directly so that they can troubleshoot this issue with you as this may require dialogue to properly assist. Alternatively, there may be an issue with .htaccess, php.ini or something in the database causing this. Also, please ensure you are using the correct credentials.
