Hello Anonymous,

The message you're seeing is a result of the use of a system called graymail.  It's another strategy used to help stop spam.  If your mail is NOT spam and you are following the rules to make sure that your email can't be identified as spam, then you should contact the recipient and ask to have your message whitelisted so that it is not delayed.   If you have been blacklisted in the past, then you may need to work with your email host or contact the email administrator to let them know that you either need to be removed from the blacklist.  Though you will have to be able to prove that you have changed your emails so that it is not posting spam.

If you are an InMotion Hosting customer, then you may also need to submit a support ticket asking support to review your domain for spam issues.  Make sure to explain the issue in your ticket.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest Regards,

Arnel C.
