Can't get into my Webmail account due to login issues

Unable to open webmail account , receiving "LOGIN ATTEMPT FAILED"

Sorry for the problem with the Webmail login. If you are not the owner of the account, then you would need to contact the owner or the person assigned to be the administrator for the emails of the account. I checked the operation of the webmail login and it is working. If you are the owner/administrator of the account, you will be able to change or reset email passwords by logging into the cPanel and then editing the email user. In order to further assist you would, we would need more information about the steps your taking in order duplicate the problem.
