cannot receive or send emails

Have several email accounts in Windows 7 outlook 2010 but one email account will not send or receive. The message reads that cannot connect with incoming server. The system says it's offline and we cannot reverse it. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about the difficulties sending/receiving email. It is possible there is a misconfiguration with the Outlook email client. I advise checking the Outlook settings for that email account to see what is being used for connection. Check the username, password of the account and the server settings for incoming and outgoing messages. Best, Christopher M.
