I'm having trouble setting a CName up.

I am trying to set a Cname up to redirect to a signup page for my email list. For some reason when I put the information in the DNS editor it says "Address must be a fully-qualified domain name." I'm using pages.megaph.com and they said my DNS should be pointing there. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help!

Hello Youngday, Sorry for the problem with setting up your CNAME. If you're setting up the CNAME with InMotion, it doesn't appear that we have DNS control over the domain, so we would not be able to create that CNAME for you. You would need to make that change where the DNS for that domain is being controlled. For information on creating a CNAME in the cPanel with InMotion Hosting, please see Adding a CNAME Record. I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance. Regards, Arnel C.
