Problem with memory limit

Hye,

I want to restore my website using all in one migration plugin for wordpress site, the file is over 2gb, but when it try to restore the database it always stuck at 80-90%, and when i go into cpanel and see the Physical Memory Usage is almost 100%, can i request to expand the memory usage?
