Cant login to cpanel or email

Im trying to log into my cpanel or email but says server not found like a month ago i change my plan im not sure if this created an error

Hello rogeliomdeluna, Sorry for the problem with your cPanel login or email. You will need to refer to the email sent to you that shows the server move. You should also be able to login to your Account Management Panel (AMP) in order to see the new server information. You can use that information to update your email client and cPanel login settings.
