Pydio - Dropbox Access

I have installed Pydio and Im trying to access a workspace using a dropbox driver (https://pydio.com/en/docs/kb/workspaces/accessing-existing-dropbox) but the it ask for a specific Pearl lybrary to be installed on my host, (pear install channel://pear.php.net/HTTP_OAuth-0.2.3), How can I install this on my host to make it work?
