Trying to install Wordpress with HTTPS

When I try to install Wordpress with HTTPS, even though my 3rd party certificate is uploaded and linked to the website, I receive a warning: "A trusted SSL Certificate was not found".
If I go ahead with the installation anyways, SSL doesn't work.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about setting up your WordPress with HTTPS. It is certainly possible that there is a problem with the SSL. Just to be sure, I recommend you try installing WordPress with HTTP and then setting up HTTPS in WordPress after. You may also want to check your SSL with a free SSL checker like SSL Shopper.
