"I was notified with the need to change the cPanel and email account password, I did.

However, I note that several email accounts disappeared or were deleted, and when I try to create them again (for example, ******@*****), I can't, since it returns an existing account error.

How should I recover my email addresses? I urgently need to solve the problem, because I am losing emails with my clients."

Hello 2IES,

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, based on the information provided it is unclear what may have caused your emails to disappear after changing your cPanel password. It is possible that you are logging into a different cPanel account than the one you were originally working with. If you are on Reseller or VPS hosting account, you may need to login to your Web Host Manager (WHM) to see all of the cPanel accounts you can access. For instructions on logging into your WHM account please see the following guide:

If you are still unable to locate your emails I recommend contacting our 24/7 Technical Support team by calling 888.321.HOST(4678) or by starting a chat session via your Account Management Panel. Our Technical Support team will be happy to look into your missing emails and provide further assistance.

Best Regards,
