I cannot upload a custom logo

I am trying to upload a custom logo in Premium Website Builder. I've followed the instructions on the tutorial (browse, select and upload a jpg file). However, the logo doesn't change. When I check the "preview," it still has the default logo. The tutorial states that "The logo must be sized correctly to appear as it should on the site." But I can't find any information stating what the correct size should be. I am trying to upload 16KB .jpg file. I am using Firefox 35.0.1 Thanks, Paul

Hello Pbb1212, Sorry for the problem with getting your custom logo uploaded and working. Fortunately, we do have a few articles that deal with the logo. You can use this article, Determining Logo Size, to help figure how you logo file should be sized. After you determine your logo size, then you can upload the file using the instructions here. You can also modify your banner so that the logo is a PART of the banner. You will need to experiment with the banner graphic that is part of your theme in order to determine what works best for you.
