How do I change my email to a send and receive account in Outlook ?

Hello, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with your incoming email in Outlook. In general, the reason this happens is because the email client is not correctly setup. Unfortunately, you have given us very little information about about your account, so we don't know what version of Outlook that you're using or even if you're an InMotion Hosting customer. Hopefully, the information that I provide is general enough to help resolve your problem. Our email education channel provides several versions of tutorials for Outlook email client setup. You will also need to know your email settings. The incoming mail server settings require an email account user name (the email address), the email account password, a port number (generally 143, 110, 993, 995- depending upon the use of protocol and security that you have selected), and the type of security you're using if you're using it(we specify either SSL or no security). If you continue to have problems with the settings, please provide more information about your email address (if you are an InMotion Hosting customer) and we can investigate the issue in more depth. If you're not an InMotion customer, then you will need to contact your host or ISP technical support for further assistance.
