how to know when nameserver change has occurred

Hello, Thanks for the question! Unfortunately, there's no specific time when the change occurs. It depends on the update occurring on the internet. This period of time -typically up to 24 hours - is known as DNS propagation. We do have a tool that you can use called the visual domain routing tool.
