I do not want to use prefixes with the MySQL database or user

I need to create databases without the built in prefixes.
I need to create users without the built in prefixes
I need to be able to grant priviledges to users
I can see no way to do this in cpanel or phpMyAdmin
Where can these things be done?

Hello ASI_it, Thanks the question! Unfortunately, the only way you can do this would be to have root access on a dedicated or VPS server. You can already edit user privileges in the MySQL manager in cPanel. You will not be able to avoid using user name or database prefixes because your account is capable of hosting multiple accounts that can have multiple databases and users.
