Hello Eatpuglia, I don't know how you installed Drupal previously. However, if you have previously installed using Softaculous, then you uninstall with it. When it re-installs, if there is a problem the error message will tell you exactly what you need to do in order to re-install it. If there is a conflicting file, simply rename it for now using the Cpanel File Manager. You'll need to find the file in the folder where you're installing the application. By default, there is an .htaccess file (a hidden file) that you can view when you open File manager (it gives you the option to view hidden files). You can delete or rename the existing .htaccess file and it will be okay. This file will re-generate after a short period of time. RENAME or DELETE the existing .htaccess file, then re-install. Here's an article on using Softaculous to do the installation: Use Softaculous for installation If you have any further questions, please contact technical support which is available 24/7.
