I received an email mid-day yesterday that my annual payment was received, and since then, my websites have disappeared, including my mail. How do I get them back online?

It looks like 2 of your 3 domain names have their domain registration expired and that's why when you try to pull them up in a web-browser it's showing a default related searches page, and why your e-mail wouldn't be working.
I would recommend contacting us directly so that full account information can be disclosed and not viewed publicly here. You can either give us a call or start a live chat from the top of our website, or submit a support ticket regarding these matters.
