I have a problem with a hosted website return forms.

I have published a company website using Forms in several places. Up until early Sept 2012, the email back feature in Forms worked well. After that, nothing. When I go to the site (www.pharmblue.com) and test the forms, I get the following message:

"We cannot verify that you are trying to send an email from this form. Please try again.". No email forms are getting through.

The publishing software is RapidWeaver, by RealMac Software. When queried, RealMac answered with

"It would seem possible that your hosting company have changed something or done an upgrade which has changed settings on your server.

Can you contact them to see if this is the case?"

Thoughts on how to correct?

Hello Seahunt, I attempted to test the contact form at the referenced website. That performed correctly. I am not sure what the 'email back' feature is, but in order to troubleshot anything we would need to be able to duplicate the issue. o do so, you would need to contact our support department at [email protected] with the steps to duplicate as well as full error test. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. From there they will be able to track the issue in real time and see how the server responds. Best Regards, Scott M
