First, the support via chat and e-mail is really lacking. I can't get chat to load and no one has e-mailed me back yet.

Here's the deal, I am using Dreamweaver CS3. I finally figured everything out to upload the files to the servers.

2 days ago, I did just that and published my beta version. I just wanted to see how it would behave, etc...

Right after I published, I entered my domain into my browser and it loaded fine. A few hours later, I tried to sign in again, and it didn't work.

For some reason, it keeps loading bing and asking if I mean "blah blah blah?"

What can be the problem?

Hello Cecilia, I was able to pull up your account finally, after digging into our records. The files do appear to be there. And when I test it in a browser, I see a login for CraftySyntax. If there's another website that is supposed to load, please give us the URL. If you're still seeing nothing - make sure your browser cache is cleared as well: Clear Browser Cache If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Hello Cecilia,

I tried looking up an account for you, but your support center log-in gives me NO information, so I am unable to look at your account files to assess the issue.

I do apologize that you're having issue with the chat response, and emails may take a little time to get a response. If you want an immediate response, you can always call into support -it's free and they're open 24/7.

If you're seeing a SEARCH engine appear, then it's not loading your domain name and jumping straight into the search - I'm not sure if you are typing it in the wrong place, or if your domain is simply not loading for various reasons (not registered, etc.).

If you wish to have Community Support continue to look at the issue, please provide your account domain name so we can at least see what's happening with your website files and then confirm that the domain name is ready for use.

There are also a variety of internet browsers out there, make sure you are typing the address into the address bar and not in a search engine tool bar - which can happen very easily.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Telephone Support: 888-321-4678 x2 or 757-416-6575 x2 - 24/7
