I have problem making New Database
I try to create new database on MySQL Databases page in cPanel. message said "There was a problem creating the database", "Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases."
I wonder it cost by my web host plan is limited or my basic knowledge.

I can't tell what hosting plan you have based on the notes in the account. However, just to clarify:
Launch Plan = 2 databases
Power Plan = 50 databases
Pro Plan = 200 databases
Those are the database number limits per Shared server account type. If you are at your limit of databases, then you will either need upgrade or purchase a another account.
