all hosts for 'charter.net' have been failing for a long time (and retry time not reached)
I get this fatal error sending email to a specific address at charter.net about 1/3 of the time. I generally forward the same email and it gets to the destination.
Is this on the InMotion end or the Charter end?
To get more information, I'd advise contacting our live support team, so they can check the mail logs.
