How can I check to see if my IP is blocked?
I have set-up a coworkers email up on an ipad in my office. When I move to his office at the end of the building, we can not get his email to work. His email on his desk top also, does not work. (He is set up as an IMAP and the settings are correct.) Thank you!

I checked the IP at your suggestion and it is not blocked. I already was using port 993. Now his email works on the ipad but not on the desktop using outlook.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. Have you tried IMAP with SSL (port 993 versus 143)?
You can check if your IP is blocked by checking the server log, local network logs, and tracerts.
