Bad request but can not find the file in question

Hi, I am using Gtmetrix ( and others) to check my site speed but all tests bring up this error " http://*********.co.uk/mysite/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/lnrygwijr5c-alejandro-escamilla.jpg " I have looked through my database and wordpress files but can not find it. I did have issues with my database a few weeks back but at a loss if that is the route of the problem. Any help appreciated
