PHP extension "Zend Optimizer|Zend Guard Loader" is not loaded

I upload my website template it's a MotoCMS template and when I want to enter the website I have this error "PHP extension "Zend Optimizer|Zend Guard Loader" is not loaded"
Can you fix it please
