Domain emails are blocked

Our domain sent more than 250 emails in an hour. We detected an account that was sending spam and fixed it.

It has been more than 18 hours and we still can send emails.
Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues sending emails. Are you still getting the 'over limit' error or are you getting a different error? Are the emails being bounced? If you need to send more than 250 emails per hour, you may be able to do so by filling out our email exemption form in AMP. Kindest Regards, Scott M
