Adjusting "Send As" Name for Webmail Account

One of the webmail addresses created using my domain is not properly displaying the sender's name. The settings appear to be the same for all e-mail accounts set up through cPanel, but the issue only affects this one account.

Please advise where the issue may lie and what the possible solutions are.
