Hello Mays, I'm sorry to see that you've had a duplicate payment post. You will need to contact our Billing Department (contact information). You will need to provide verification of the account with either the last digits of the credit card or AMP password. We have no way to find account information in Community Support through a receipt# and you have also signed in anonymously.
