Outlook 2013, cannot send mail, but can receive mail

When I send an e-mail, it shows up in the sent box, but doesn't get sent. It is not stuck in the outbox. We (2 computers in office) can receive mail, but can't even send to each other.
Nothing had been changed - we just noticed 2 days ago our e-mails weren't being sent.
I have spoke to our local internet provider - all our e-mail data is correct; I called Microsoft and they checked all my set up info and that was all good. (we recently purchased Outlook 2013 with the full office...and it was working o.k. when we installed that.)
I am able to go to our e-mail via online and can send through and receive that way.
I tried to change the outgoing server # from 25 to 587 and 465, like some one mentioned, but they didn't work.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about not being able to send email. We actually have a full guide titled Problems Sending Mail - Receiving is Fine, that includes troubleshooting steps. We are happy to help troubleshoot further, but will need some additional information. When you changed from port 25-465, make sure you are also using your SSL email settings. If your problems persist, it may be easier to contact Live Support, so they can review the email log for errors at the time you are attempting to connect. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul
