Cannot access website builder

My account was activated this morning and I cannot access the website builder. Is there something else I need to do?
Hello [email protected], Thank you for your question about accessing the Builder. You can Add the Builder from AMP (Account Management Panel). You should then be able to login to the Builder successfully. If you are still having problems, you may have to contact Live Support, so they can look into what is happening. Keep in mind, there are also many (over 150) free software options for building your site available in Softaculous. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
