Mcafee not blocking spam email
I signed up for the McAfee Email Protection on 12/13/2014. I requested reports everyday at 4 am. I have not received a report this morning, 12/14/2014. I was under the impression that McAfee filters my email for spam and places the email address of the offenders in the blacklist. I have nothing in quarantine or the blacklist although I still get spam emails. Am I not doing something right? Do I actually have to add email addresses to the blacklist myself? Again, I was under the impression that McAfee did all the work and I only had to review the blacklist to check if any of the entries should be on the white list.
