I accidentally deleted module - need to restore it

I accidentally deleted the "image slider for your homepage" on prestashop. I called your tech support and they restored some of the original files from the prestashop website but the image slider is creating errors on the back end as a result of the restoration. How do I get it back up and running without having to go back to the previously saved version?

Are you using the built-in slider, or a 3rd party one? Is it compatible with the version of PrestaShop you are running? Have you tried re-installing the slider module?

What are the full errors are you getting in the back end?

Are you using the default prestashop slider module or a 3rd party plugin module? Can you provide us the full errors you are seeing? Do you have any backup copies of your website?
