Problems with the Opencart Image manager

My opencart image manager is no longer working. Even the folders lead into more folders that seem like an never ending folder to folder situation. The last time this happened I deleted everything and started fresh and still had the same issue. I resolved the issue updating my PHP to 5.4. I tried the same thing this time even downgrading then upgrading to no avail. I have cleared my publc_html cache, still nothing. I am stuck and do not know what to do . Please help

What are the full errors? Turning Error Reporting on in OpenCart can help get more information into the problem. Are you using any 3rd party extensions, or Add-ons? Are they all up-to-date?
