Some internet service providers...Comcast seems to be one of them...flags emails from my domain (stanforfvirgiknia.org) as spam. Any idea why?

I'm using IMH for a political campaign website and email service. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't seem to get my emails - for some reason they get flagged as spam. I know Comcast does this, but they go through to my personal Gmail account.

Any idea what's going on?

Some service providers have spam filters configured differently, you will want to the check the mail logs for more information. I'd advise contacting live support if you are on shared hosting or are not sure how to check those logs.
