Domain Management Not Working

Hi, we are buying domain one of your customer and he was open an account for us with "[email protected]" id. We want to check if we can full control of this domain but when we enter "Domain Management" page and click on the domain, nothing is happening. It's just refresh the page.

Please let me know if we are doing samething wrong or domain is not register on your system or our account not full control of the domain.

Hello MillenniumHoliday, Thank you for your question. I looked into this for you, and there seems to be a bug in your AMP. I have reported this to our development team, and they will correct this as soon as possible. We would be happy to perform any updates or modification to your domain for you, but we require this in a written request: Simply reply to the email I sent you with any updates you would like and we will email you back upon completion. You could also just send an email request to [email protected] at any time. Be sure to include either your current Amp password, or the last 4 digits of the current credit card that we have on file for verification. Here is a helpful link to our guide on how to lookup your current whois information. I truly apologize for the issues you are experiencing in AMP, and we will definitely update your domain as needed.
