Emails are not received
I can send emails from [email protected] but I can’t receive any emails.
Could you check what the problem with MX settings is?

Sorry for the issues with emails not being received. There are multiple possible reasons for this issue. If possible, communicate with someone sending an email and ask if they received a bounce-back email with an error message. You can also try sending a email to your account and see if it's responding with an error. A setting issue that would definitely cause the problem is the email routing. This can be adjusted in the cPanel. Basically, if your email is not hosted with us, then you need to set the email routing option to Remote Mail Exchanger. If you're an InMotion customer, then you can refer to this article. If you're not an InMotion customer then you should contact your hosting support team for additional assistance. We cannot change these settings for you through the support center website, but you can contact InMotion Hosting's live technical support team via phone/email/chat. They can securely and privately help you with this problem.
