Update a file on one of my clients website

Hello Tmiranda, You can access website files by logging into the Account Management Panel (AMP) and then use your cPanel access. You will not be able to access the files through SSH, but you can definitely use the cPanel File manager or a FTP client. We try not to provide specific login information on the websites in the Support Center area since these are public posts. If you require further assistance with logging in to your website, through the cPanel or AMP, then please either try to reset your password for AMP or cPanel. Or you may need to contact our live technical support team where the login issues can be resolved securely and privately.
