i can't access site builder
it says invalid username and password.
i tried the following
1. i used my username and AMP password
2. reset the password
both to no avail

I'm not sure where it says to use the AMP user name and we do apologize for the confusion and frustation. You should be using your Cpanel user name and password (not the same as your AMP login) in order to get into the Builder. If you continue to have problems with that, then please call/chat/email into live support, they can get your login information corrected immediately. Remember that all posts here are open to the public. Your Cpanel user name can be found in AMP under the section that says TECHNICAL details. If you need to reset the password, click on the link that says Work in Control Panels.
If all of this information still fails to get you where you need to be, then please call into live support - available 24/7.
