We use gmail to send and receive email, but use our domain. Frequently, we get this rejection message. Sometimes the message still goes through. Somettimes not. How do we prevent this from happening? This message was created automat

Hello Russfullcycle,

Sorry for the email issues concerning the "illegal BOM".  I did a little bit of research on this error and found this chain of posts from Gmail users:

Apparently, this is a known Gmail issue.  The last comment was about using SpamExperts - which we do. We recommend sending a ticket into our live technical support team.  They will be able to troubleshoot directly at the email server and then hopefully determine the exact cause.  Sorry again for the issue.
