Hi my boss created an image file and it was uploaded into Cpanel file management and then on the web builder he added it to the image file list and uploaded it to his home page. It is a row of subject boxes and he wanted to highlight the title on each box and create a link however if he tries to click on them in order to highlight nothing happens so he is unable to apply the link to the right box using the link icon what is he doing wrong

Hello silver925, and thanks for the question. Unfortunately I'm not able to quite follow along with your issue without a visual guide or being able to see what exactly it is you're talking about. When you say you're trying to add a link to a (.jpg) image, I'm assuming that you're saying you would like for that image to display on the site? Not just simply having linked text, that loads up the image when clicked on. If this is a correct assumption, you should be able to simply go into the Builder and click on the yellow Edit/Insert Images icon, then either click on Browse Server to select an image you uploaded to the Builder. Or you can directly type in the URL to an image you've uploaded to the web-server as well. Here is our support article talking about doing this, you'd want to pick-up from the "Adding Images To Webpages" section about half-way down the page: Adding Content to Premium Website Builder If this doesn't answer your question, if you can elaborate a bit more on exactly what it is you're trying to do we'd be more than glad to help out. It might help providing your domain name so that we can directly take a look at your Builder site and get a better idea about what you're trying to do. If you don't feel comfortable giving that information out in this public community forum, I would recommend submitting a support ticket so that information can be disclosed directly to just us. In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to ([email protected]) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification. Or you can submit a ticket directly through our support interface here: Submit a support ticket Please let us know if you have any further questions. - Jacob
