domain name transfer

Hello,

I have received an email that my domain name transfer is done. It is kiss-moi.com However, I still see the domain name on the server is kiss-moi-temp.com and I can't add kiss-moi.com to addon domain name, it shows the error that this domain name is owned by another user.

Could you help

Hello sharonhu, A domain transfer simply changes the registrar for the domain, but does not change where the domain is pointing. To change that, you simply need to change the nameservers to which your domain name is pointing. I have an article here to help you do just that.
