host []: 571 Email from is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email sender or Email Service Provider may visit and request removal of the block. 120804

I am getting other rejections from Verizon. what causes this?
Hello DSBerg, This type of bounceback usually means that one of the IPs in your email chain is blacklisted by Verizon. This can be your source (ISP) IP or the server IP. To find out which one, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with the entire bounceback message. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. If it is our server, then we can have Verizon unblock it. This happens when an IP address gets reported for spam, either rightly or wrongly. Blacklists can be overzealous at times and block things without much investigation. If it turns out that it was your ISP IP, then they would be the ones to contact Verizon. That bounceback does appear that it may be our server, however. Best Regards, Scott M
