It may be that the login or password file for the builder is corrupted. We would need the login information for the builder so we could test and correct that for you.
To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with the builder login and password. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
