rsync for shared hosting?
The latest post asking about this was 8 years ago. Still no rsync for shared hosting? If so, I'm VERY disappointed.

It sounds like you can use some basic rsync commands for cPanel users and I've found more information that may help with that at https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/server/linux/rsync/ however more advanced commands do require a VPS.
