When I don't sign out of the back office of my website and the page sits for awhile (hours)... i get this sent to a random url.  I haven't tried to do a transaction. I have never intentionally set up a redirect. What's going on?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I removed that random URL from your post for the sake of your security. If that URL is related to your site, it's likely that the transaction failed warning is an issue with a plugin configuration. Certain plugins designed for e-commerce can have an unusual response to long idle times. It may even come from a seemingly 'normal' plugin that has unusual e-commerce functionality built in.

If the domain you mentioned is not even on your site, that is a bit more worrisome. Either way, it may be a good idea to check the error logs to see if anything unusual is coming up. Our 24/7 Technical Support team can help you with the error logs on your account directly.

At the moment, though, the first thing I would suggest is checking to make sure there are no new/unusual/unexpected user accounts on your site. If this is a WordPress site, make sure the themes, plugins, and core installation files are up to date. Those are the parts of WordPress sites most likely to cause an issue!
