Now we can't send any of our work emails. Now they are undelivered, returned as spam (550)?

As of today, all of a sudden, we can't send any of our work emails anymore (been using InMotionHosting for a long time). Now they are undelivered, returned as spam (550), but this is the same system we've been using the entire time. Also, we aren't receiving emails from other sources (like if I send myself an email, from a gmail account, then I wont receive it. It's like it's lost in limbo). But we can email each other just fine. What is going on? This is a huge hurdle out of nowhere, and I'm not sure what to do (other than getting a new host, and I don't want to have to do that). Help!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your emails.  The Support Center can take these issues and investigate it, then return a recommendation.  We would need more information in order to so.  However, we cannot make direct changes to the server should they be necessary.  We recommend that you contact our live technical support team.  They will have the appropriate access to make corrections or take action if the issue is server related.
