my outlook office 2007 will no longer receice new emails?

Hello and sorry to hear about your issue. Please ensure your email settings are correct, no other device is connected to that account using POP3, and Webmail receives the emails. I also recommend using an updated email application such as Thunderbird or the latest Outlook software.
