Hello, Sorry for the problem with the email being sent to your junk/spam folders. There are a couple of ways to correct this. One, make sure that you have email authentication set in terms of the DKIM and SPF records. Also, if possible, try to stay away from using common spam words. The other thing you can do is make sure that your email is not being filtered as spam because you have not included the following:
  • Provide indication that email is an advertisement (if it is an ad)
  • Include a type of return email address that allows recipient to opt-out(for ads)
  • Email includes a clear notice that there is an option to opt out
  • Email is not sent after a recipient had sent notice that they wish to no longer receive the email
  • Email contains a valid, physical address
You can find this information in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (section 5) Lastly, if you are sending email to a specific person, sometimes it helps to ask that they whitelist you in their email client application. If you are seeing a 550 error when your email is being sent, then make sure to review this article to address that issue. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
